Room 12: Middle School to the Auckland Zoo

On Friday 20th August all the Middle School went to the Auckland Zoo to learn about animal habitats and animal survival.

 We learnt a lot about animals and we had lots of fun at the same time. Here are some of the photos from out fun day out.

Reminder for Room 25 - Bring a change of clothes on Monday

On Monday morning we are going to be using all of the skills that we have been learning in Kiwi Kicks and we are going to play a game of Aussie Rules. Please remember to bring in a change of clothes in case the field is muddy. It should be a lot of fun.

Room 15 Week 5 Term 3 2010

The year is going super fast and we have been hard at work in Room 15.

We are in the middle of writing Information reports for writing, learning all about animal habitats for Inquiry and working hard on multiplication and division for Numeracy.

Library Week Activities

This week is New Zealand-wide Library Week and we've got lots of fun lunchtime activities happening in our Library. 

The Amphitheatre

On Wednesday the 11th of August we went to the building site and the builders were building something different. They were building the amphitheatre. They have already done two steps of concrete and they are putting down the wooden frame so that they can be ready for the next layer of concrete. This amphitheatre was meant to be finished at the beginning of this term, so most of us are wondering when the amphitheatre will be finished?
