BOOK CHARACTER DAY!!!

It was a cold, frosty Friday, on the last day of the month, when we had Book Character Day. We were so lucky to have a Book Character Day; almost all the school leaders organized it. It was DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!! Nearly everyone dressed up as someone different, except there were lots of characters from Alice In Wonderland. In Room 16 Max dressed up as the Mad Hatter (he was mad alright, plus it was sad he didn’t win). Lillie was somebody else from Alice In Wonderland too, she was the Queen of Hearts (she looked just like the one in the book). Even our teacher was from that book, she came as ALICE!!! When the whole parade started, there were tons of awesome looking book characters and some loud catchy music. Kimmi and Caitlin were cool too. Kimmi was Tatori (real Maori story) and Caitlin was 'Ellie' from 'Girls in Tears'. It was fun having a day like that, I hope we will have another one next year.
