Room 25 - Ideas for the holidays

It’s been a long term and the children have all worked really hard and have learnt a lot.
I know we’re all looking forward to a break, but if you’re children complain about being bored thse holidays below are a few educational websites they might like to go on.
www.spellingcity.com – they can put in some spelling words and the site will put the words into games that they can play, then it will test them.
www.starfall.com – a site that helps with reading from the beginning stages to more advanced readers.
www.bbc.co.nz/schools/games - this site has lots of educational games for all levels and subjects.
And of course there is always www.mathletics.co.nz
