School Fair

On Sunday the 28^th of March Greenhithe School held a school fair.  There were lots of people there and lots of fun rides to ride like….. A whirly thing you had to pay $5 to get a go on. The seats went round and round.  I was very shocked as it suddenly started up and gave me a real jerk. One of the rides you went inside a little car and drove in circles.

 

There were lots of food stalls to eat from like… hot chips and slushies. You could even get your own flavours e.g. Cola, blue bubblegum (but its not real bubblegum).  I got one of those yum slushies! I had cola but it didn’t taste at all the same as Coke unfortunately, which was a big shame. I ate some hot crispy chips that made my tongue warm on such a hot day but it was nice because of the slushy. The candy floss was very good on a stick or not on a stick, the popcorn was nice and so was everything else.

 

As you know there were a lot of people there. In Room 16 was a fairy grotto, Room 17 was where all the McDonald toys were, Room 14 was where all the clay tiles that the seniors made were and Room 21 was where there were cakes and sweets.
