Speech Finals
It was the final… the final of speeches…
It was the 2nd of September 2011 and the Senior Syndicate was gathered in the hall, all was quiet, waiting for the finalists to begin their speeches and the excitement to start.
The Amphitheatre

On Wednesday the 11th of August we went to the building site and the builders were building something different. They were building the amphitheatre. They have already done two steps of concrete and they are putting down the wooden frame so that they can be ready for the next layer of concrete. This amphitheatre was meant to be finished at the beginning of this term, so most of us are wondering when the amphitheatre will be finished?

The Drug Dog Visit

On Friday the 25th of June
 Senior Constable Clark, Constable Bluemel and Archie (the drug dog) came to visit the Year 6 children as part of the D.A.R.E programme.
Mufti and Wacky Hair Day

On Friday the 18th of June
 Greenhithe School had a Mufti/Wacky Hair Day, to raise money for the R.S.P.C.A.
There were some very strange and wacky hairstyles.
