Room 15 Week 5 Term 3 2010

The year is going super fast and we have been hard at work in Room 15.

We are in the middle of writing Information reports for writing, learning all about animal habitats for Inquiry and working hard on multiplication and division for Numeracy.

We're off to the Auckland Zoo tomorrow so we can learn more about the natural habitat of wild animals and how the zoo does their best to make the animal enclosures as close to their natural habitat as possible. We'll begin with a teaching session in one of the zoo's special classrooms and then have plenty of time to explore and discuss all the different enclosures.

We'll put up some photos once we're back so come back to check them out next week sometime.
