PTA Wrap Up 2025:

It’s incredible how fast 2025 has flown by, and the PTA would like to extend a very big thanks to our team members who have contributed their time and energy to execute some very cool fundraisers for the school.  A high five and we couldn’t do it without you shout out to the amazing parents and families of the school and of course to all the teachers who give so much to the school and our children.

As we wrap up another fantastic year, it’s time to shine a spotlight on the incredible work of our PTA: organizing engaging events, raising vital funds, and fostering a strong sense of community. These efforts are directly contributing to enhancing our school’s facilities and resources. Here’s a recap of their standout achievements this year:

Fundraising Triumphs

The PTA’s fundraising initiatives were nothing short of spectacular, with creative events that brought families together while generating impressive sums for school improvements.

  • Beats By Bingo Night: This high-energy event, held earlier in the year, was a massive hit! It raised a record-breaking $11,000.The funds have been instrumental in supporting key projects, including upgrades to our playgrounds and sports areas.
  • Calendar Raffle Fundraiser (June): Families eagerly participated in this fun raffle, selling tickets featuring local prizes. The proceeds helped bolster our general fundraising pool, contributing to ongoing enhancements that will be realised in 2026.
  • Pizza Lunches: Regular favorites like the pizza lunches not only provided tasty treats for the kids but also generated steady funds throughout the year. These low-key events added up to significant contributions for sports equipment, uniforms, and classroom resources.

Summer Festival (December 5): Kicking off the holiday season, this festive event included food, music, and activities for all ages. It was a perfect capstone to the year, celebrating our shared successes and looking forward to 2026.  This raised an incredible $7,000.

Additionally, the PTA held regular meetings including February 25th AGM to plan these activities. The PTA teams’ dedication ensured every event was well-organized and inclusive.

Looking Ahead

Please join us at the Malt on Tuesday 16 December to celebrate a successful year from 7.30pm.
